A Letter to Young Me

Dear Young Pepper,

Someday, you will be able to run and feel like you could keep going forever.  You will feel stronger than you could ever imagine.  But not if you smoke.  You will have to wait a long time to recover from those effects if you start and then have to stop.  Please, I am begging you, rise above the peer pressure and remember how gross you think cigarettes are.  Don’t start and you will never have to quit.

Your older, wiser, reformed-smoking self

  1. Great advice – smoking is so bad for you!
Here is my post. A little tough love…but it was needed. I was a mess last year.
